The Pro Air Elite is a subscription-based safety net designed to shield you from the financial impact of air-conditioning breakdowns.

Instead of facing unpredictable repair bills, you enjoy predictable costs and guaranteed coverage for approved labor when something goes wrong.

Our role is to reimburse your repair costs, so you can restore comfort fast and keep life running smoothly.

Simple Process

1. Call for a Repair
You can call any licensed HVAC professional you prefer or ask us to connect you to verified service companies and licensed technicians from HPA Trusted Network.

2. Claim and get paid: Simply upload your repair invoice for review. Once it is processed, you will be reimbursed according to your plan’s coverage.

Above all: Your ProAir Subscription Plan is Tax Deductible!

Assuming your income falls between $45k to $135k per year. The estimated Tax rate is 30% for each $1 over $45k (Reference).

If you own an investment property in Australia, your ProAir Elite Protection plan may generally be claimed as a property maintenance or service expense. That means you can claim 30% of the plan's price each year.

For example, you pay $ 499.00 + GST for a plan; your estimated tax benefit is $165. Your actual out-of-pocket cost would be $384, and your air conditioning repair coverage is kept unchanged ($1000/yr).

3. When an AC Breakdown Happens

Use your preferred licensed HVAC technician or choose one from our ProAir Trusted Service Network.
Get the repair done — we’ll review and approve your claim promptly.

4. Get Paid or Pay Nothing Upfront

Once approved, we issue your payout for the covered labour costs as per your plan.
You can receive it directly to your bank account or have us pay the technician (if using from HPA network)
